10-Year-Old Author Sponsors Royal Reading Hosted By FSD1 Adult Education

On Sunday, June 12th, Jaiden Bostic -10 years old author will sponsor a Royal Reading for children and their families from 2pm – 4pm in the Yellow Jacket Room of the McClenaghan Building.

Jaiden’s book “The Prince and the Butterfly” focuses on creating positive relationships between diverse character traits and personalities. Children are invited to dress up in their favorite costumes and come enjoy the Sunday afternoon fun.
Jaiden is the son of Nicholas and Mia (McWhite) Bostic and the grandson of Josiellia (James) Williams and Barry McWhite .

This event will also feature a Children’s Author of the Pee Dee, Cynthia Ford aka Cynthia O, whose book is “Dream Like a Queen”. Cynthia is the founder of Beyond Empowerment which is a non-profit mentoring group for young people.

Children will receive free books sponsored by Mom’s on a Mission, “Emma Green aka The Godmother”, FSD1 Retired Educators Dorothy Ellerbe, Dr. Irene Singletary and the J Williams Group.
